Plain terms for a site that publishes an editorial reading.
The AI Desire Index is an editorial publication by Rafael Carlesso, a sole individual. It ranks luxury houses by a reading of what AI systems say about them. It is opinion built on a stated method. It is not financial, investment, purchasing or professional advice, and no decision should rest on it alone.
Readings are produced from AI answers collected on the dates stated in each edition, and from the author's editorial dataset. AI answers change. Positions move between editions. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and the author accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it.
All house and group names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject of the reading. The index is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or paid by any house, group or AI company named on the site. No house can buy a position or a verdict.
The ranking table is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, as set out on the Data and citation page. The written text of the site, including verdicts, is the author's and may be quoted with attribution. Republishing the site in full, or presenting the index as your own or as another organisation's, is not permitted.
Factual errors (a house's sector, group or headquarters) are corrected on request at [email protected]. Editorial readings are not subject to negotiation.
These terms are governed by the law of the author's country of residence. If any clause is found invalid, the rest stands.
